Regina Terry-Jackson RN, BSN
Regina is an excellent leader and compassionate nurse who has a keen ability to inspire those who work with her to do their job better; to be better.
She has a nice blend of an ability to teach others while modeling the skills necessary to provide top-notch clinical care in fast-paced healthcare environments. Having worked with Regina at two hospitals located within the Washington DC metropolitan area, I have had the honor of witnessing her exceptional leadership skills firsthand.
Regina excels at communication, conflict resolution, and advocacy and is also phenomenal when it comes to interacting with physicians and healthcare administrators to enhance performance and transitions across levels of care and the collaborative provision of care for patients and families.
Regina can also assist you with a strategic plan to navigate from your early career in healthcare to developing the skills necessary to become a preceptor, charge nurse and/or leader.
